Non-Executive Director

Gill was appointed to the Board on 25 January 2012. She is also President of the Chartered Insitute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Chair of the University of Southampton Council and a Non-Executive Director of De La Rue plc and Pennon Group plc. Previously, she worked for Accenture for 27 years and was a member of the global Executive Committee for the last seven years. Most recently, she spent five years as Director General in the UK Government's Cabinet Office and as Head of the Civil Service Capability Group. .
